The fastest way to reach us
For tool bugs, conversion errors, and feature requests, email is the quickest channel — typical response time is one business day. Include the URL of the tool you used (for example clevertools.in/tool/compress-pdf), a one-line description of what you expected versus what happened, and your browser/operating system. If a specific file caused the issue and is non-sensitive, attaching it lets us reproduce in seconds.
Because every tool runs entirely in your browser, we cannot recover files you processed in the past — nothing was uploaded and nothing is stored on our side. If you closed the tab before downloading the result, the file is gone and the only fix is to run the tool again. This is by design and a core part of our privacy promise.

The CleverTools roadmap is shaped by what users actually ask for. If a tool you need is missing — especially India-specific workflows around GST, tax filing, banking, or identity documents — drop us a note. Tools that are quick to build and have clear search demand usually go live within a couple of weeks of a request.
