Presentation to PDF

Convert presentations from any format (PPT, PPTX, ODP, KEY-exported) to PDF. Handles slide images, embedded charts, and basic transitions (rendered as static slides). Output is a clean, distributable PDF ready for email, print, or web hosting.

When to use this

Use to: convert legacy PowerPoint PPT files to PDF without needing PowerPoint installed, port LibreOffice Impress (ODP) presentations to PDF, archive presentations from any source format, prep slides for non-PowerPoint audiences.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it handle Keynote files?

Keynote (.key) files aren't directly supported (Apple's format is closed). Export from Keynote as PPTX (File > Export > PowerPoint) first, then convert here. Same workflow for Prezi exports.
