Frequently Asked Questions
How should I reply to a Google review?
Google's own tips: be professional and polite, keep it short, use the reviewer's name and mention their feedback, sign off with your name, and don't use the reply to push deals. Every reply this tool writes follows those points.
How do I reply to a negative review?
Apologise, thank them for telling you, and ask them to contact you directly so you can sort it out in private. Never argue, blame them or share their private details; Google's tips say the same. For 1 to 3 stars the tool always adds an apology and a contact line, and you can add a business phone or email.
Does this tool use AI?
No. Replies are built from hand-written sentences that the tool picks and orders on this page. Nothing you type is sent to an AI model or a server. The same settings and the same shuffle always give the same set, and Shuffle gives a new one.
Can I reply in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. Pick Hindi for replies in Devanagari or Hinglish for everyday Hindi in Roman script. They are written as natural replies, not word-for-word translations of the English ones, and add ji after the reviewer's name.
Why are the replies different every time?
Google advises against sending the same generic thank-you to everyone. Each set uses a different opening, closing and sign-off for every reply, and Shuffle builds a new set, so your profile doesn't fill up with copies of one reply.
What should a clinic be careful about?
Keep replies general. A public reply should never confirm that someone is a patient or mention any care, treatment or visit. For clinics the tool leaves out the item field and uses lines that don't refer to care.
What does pasting the review do?
Copied from Google Maps, a review usually starts with the reviewer's name, a line like Local Guide and the stars. The tool reads the first name, the star rating and words like the dish or service they mentioned, using simple rules on this page. The review is not saved or sent.
Is anything saved?
Your business type, tone, language and sign-off details are saved in this browser's local storage so they are there next time. The reviewer's name and the review text are never saved. A private window keeps nothing.
