Retail GST Invoice Generator

Retail invoices have specific quirks: B2C buyers usually don't have a GSTIN, you collect cash on delivery, and you often print on a small thermal printer. Our retail GST format handles these cases - skip the buyer GSTIN field, default to 'B2C - Place of Supply: same state', and offer a compact thermal-printer template (80mm) alongside the standard A4 PDF.

When to use this

Built for: kirana stores, fashion boutiques, electronics dealers, hardware shops, sweet shops, pharmacies, salons, footwear retailers, mobile-accessory shops, small cafe counters. Anywhere counter-side GST billing happens.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to mention buyer details on retail invoices?

If the bill is under ₹50,000 and the buyer is unregistered, you don't need their name/address on the invoice. Above ₹50K, the buyer's name and address are required by GST rules. Either way, mention 'Place of Supply' (your state) since it's mandatory.

Can I print to a thermal receipt printer?

Yes - select the 'Compact (Thermal)' template. It's optimised for 80mm thermal paper rolls (the standard for shop receipt printers). The PDF generated will print cleanly without margins. For wider 110mm paper, the Classic template works too.
