Bulk PDF Merger

Drag in an entire folder of PDFs and merge them into one combined file. Files are listed in alphabetical order by default (which is usually what you want - file names like 'chapter-01.pdf, chapter-02.pdf'). Manually drag to reorder if needed. Bulk mode is optimised for 10-30+ files at once.

When to use this

Use for: combining a year's worth of monthly statements (12 PDFs to 1), packaging an entire course's lecture PDFs into a single archive, bundling a project's deliverables into one client-facing PDF, combining a series of scanned book chapters.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are files ordered by default?

Alphabetical by filename. So 'file-01.pdf' comes before 'file-02.pdf'. For chronological ordering, prefix filenames with dates (YYYY-MM-DD) so alphabetical sort = chronological. Drag-drop to override the default order before merging.
