What WhatsApp formatting is supported?
We support all WhatsApp text formatting: *bold*, _italic_, ~strikethrough~, and ```monospace```. The live preview shows exactly how your message will look in WhatsApp.
What CSV format do I need?
Your CSV must have a 'phone' column. Add any other columns like 'name', 'company', etc. and use them as {name}, {company} placeholders in your message.
Does this tool send messages directly?
No. It generates personalized wa.me links that open WhatsApp with the pre-filled message. You send each message manually via WhatsApp Web or the app.
Is there a contact limit?
There is no hard limit. However, for best browser performance, we recommend up to 500 contacts per CSV upload.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No. All processing happens entirely in your browser. Your contacts, phone numbers, and messages are never sent to any server.
Can I use custom placeholders?
Yes! Any column in your CSV automatically becomes a placeholder. If your CSV has a 'city' column, use {city} in your message and it will be replaced for each contact.
What country codes are supported?
You can enter any country code. The default is 91 (India). If your phone numbers already include the country code, simply adjust accordingly.
